Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 July 2026
Drishya Cloud Pvt. Ltd. (“Drishya Cloud”, “we”, “us”) provides web hosting, domain, email, and cloud services. This policy explains what information we collect when you use drishyacloud.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Account details you provide when ordering or registering: name, email address, phone number, billing address, and company name where applicable.
Order and billing records: services purchased, invoices, and payment status. Card or wallet payments are processed by the payment provider (eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, PayPal, or bank transfer) — we never store your card numbers or wallet credentials.
Technical data needed to run and protect the service: IP addresses, request logs, and basic analytics about how the website is used.
Support conversations, including chat messages and support tickets, so we can resolve your requests.
2. How we use your information
To provision and manage the hosting, domain, email, and cloud services you order.
To issue invoices, process payments, and send service notices such as renewal reminders, maintenance windows, and security alerts.
To provide technical support and respond to your enquiries.
To protect the platform — detecting abuse, fraud, and attacks against our infrastructure or other customers.
3. Sharing
We share data only where necessary to deliver the service: with domain registries when registering or transferring a domain, with payment providers to process your payment, and with infrastructure partners that host our systems.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We may disclose information where required by law or a valid order from a competent authority in Nepal.
4. Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to your client account. It is HTTP-only and expires automatically.
Our live-chat widget (Tawk.to) sets its own cookies when you use the chat. See Tawk.to’s privacy policy for details.
5. Data retention
Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required for accounting and legal obligations.
Server logs are rotated on a short schedule and kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
6. Security
All traffic to our website and client area is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).
Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to provide support, and administrative access is protected with strong authentication.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.
To make a request, contact us via WhatsApp at +977 981-4035847 or through the client area support system.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. The latest version will always be published on this page with the date below.
